Terms of Service
Effective date: June 8, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ALLWEONE, including our websites, landing pages, AI workspace, DBI, chat, documents, presentations, designs, mind maps, ChatPDF features, file uploads, project tools, integrations, shared links, and related services.
ALLWEONE is operated from San Francisco, California. These terms are drafted for a California startup and include California governing law and San Francisco venue provisions.
By accessing or using ALLWEONE, you agree to these terms. If you use ALLWEONE for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. The service
ALLWEONE provides an AI-powered workspace for creating, planning, researching, drafting, presenting, designing, organizing, and sharing work. Features may include AI chat, documents, presentations, designs, mind maps, PDF and file analysis, project planning, calendars, media workflows, integrations, and collaboration tools.
We may add, remove, suspend, limit, or change features from time to time. Some features may be experimental, beta, limited, free, paid, or available only to certain users or workspaces.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use ALLWEONE. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for your credentials, account activity, invited users, shared links, and content created or uploaded through your account.
- You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may use ALLWEONE only in compliance with these terms, applicable law, and any product-specific instructions or policies we provide. You may not use ALLWEONE to create, upload, transmit, or distribute content or activity that:
- Is illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or otherwise harmful.
- Infringes or misappropriates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
- Attempts to identify, track, impersonate, or profile people without lawful authority and appropriate consent.
- Creates malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, abusive automation, security exploits, or attempts to bypass rate limits, access controls, or safety systems.
- Uses AI outputs as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, credit, insurance, or other high-impact decisions.
- Generates or shares non-consensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or unlawful biometric or likeness-based content.
- Misrepresents AI-generated content as human-created where disclosure is required by law, contract, platform policy, or reasonable user expectations.
- Interferes with the security, integrity, availability, or proper operation of ALLWEONE or third-party services.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create, submit, upload, import, or generate through ALLWEONE, subject to any rights held by others and the limitations of applicable law.
You grant ALLWEONE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, modify, and use your content solely as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the service; comply with law; enforce these terms; and honor your sharing, collaboration, and integration settings.
You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to provide content to ALLWEONE and to allow us and our providers to process it as described in these terms and our Privacy Policy.
5. AI inputs and outputs
AI features may generate text, images, code, summaries, designs, presentations, research, plans, or other outputs. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, unsafe, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, editing, and validating outputs before relying on them or sharing them.
Because AI systems can generate similar or identical outputs for different users, output provided to you may not be unique. ALLWEONE does not guarantee that AI output is protectable by intellectual property rights or that it will not resemble content generated for others.
ALLWEONE is not a law firm, medical provider, financial adviser, tax adviser, or professional services provider. AI outputs are for general informational and productivity purposes and are not professional advice.
If you publish, distribute, or use AI-generated content externally, you are responsible for complying with disclosure, attribution, licensing, privacy, platform, and consumer-protection requirements that apply to that use.
6. Third-party services and models
ALLWEONE may use or connect with third-party services, including identity providers, hosting providers, storage providers, AI model providers, search providers, vector database providers, analytics tools, email providers, media processors, upload services, calendar providers, and image or video providers.
Third-party services may process your content or information to provide the requested feature. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, and their terms and policies may apply to your use of those services.
Some third-party models, APIs, integrations, or data sources may be unavailable, delayed, rate limited, modified, or discontinued. ALLWEONE is not responsible for losses caused by third-party service changes or outages.
8. Paid services
Some features may be free, trial-based, usage-based, subscription-based, or subject to an order form. If we offer paid services, prices, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation terms, usage limits, and refund terms will be shown at checkout, in the product, or in an applicable order form.
Enterprise, team, or custom arrangements may be governed by a separate written agreement. If a separate agreement conflicts with these terms, the separate agreement controls for that customer to the extent of the conflict.
9. ALLWEONE ownership
ALLWEONE and its software, design, interfaces, workflows, models, systems, documentation, trademarks, logos, and other service materials are owned by ALLWEONE or its licensors. Except for your content and rights expressly granted to you, these terms do not transfer ownership of ALLWEONE intellectual property.
If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant ALLWEONE permission to use them without restriction or compensation, unless prohibited by law or a separate written agreement.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using ALLWEONE at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service, remove content, disable sharing, or limit features if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, caused harm, failed to pay amounts due, or if required by law or third-party provider requirements.
We will try to provide notice when practical, but we may act immediately when needed to protect users, the service, third parties, or legal compliance.
11. Disclaimers
ALLWEONE is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that content will be preserved without loss. You should keep independent backups of important content.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALLWEONE and its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, content, or business opportunities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service or these terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to ALLWEONE for the service in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
If you use ALLWEONE on behalf of a business or organization, that business or organization will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ALLWEONE and its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
14. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes relating to these terms or ALLWEONE will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use of ALLWEONE after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms may be sent to support@allweone.com.
